I would expect something like the following to be included in most of the emails.

My educational background is physics, though I don't have enough to be employable in the field and anyway that was a long time ago. I like what my daughter said one time when she told us something we didn't think she'd know..."I'm smart. I read a lot". My two goals in life are (still) to be holy and to be literate. I'm better at the second, but not good. And for the first, I depend on the grace of God.
